a Taxpayer's Suit Up for Hearing In Marion Court Tomorrow Cecil U. Edmonds' third taxpayer suit is scheduled for pre(liminary hearing by Chancellor Lee Ward at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Marion. Harold McBroome, 37, of 2419 Shelley, a house painter, was arraigned in City Court today on a murder charge. Capt. W. W. Wilkinson, homicide chief, says McBroome admits fighting with Wilson, but he was acting in selfdefense after Wilson struck him on the head because he would not buy Wilson two cans of beer.

A plea of not guilty to murder was entered by J. E. Madden, attorney for McBroome. McBroome did not testify. Judge Boushe held him to the state, did not fix bond.
