[PREMIUM FARE GONE] AC - TYO-YTO - 242430 JPY / $1544 USD r/t - Business
Huge drop in price!! Air Canada - Tokyo, Japan (NRT / HND) to Toronto, Canada (YYZ / YTZ) - 242430 JPY / $1544 USD roundtrip in business class!
Ticket must be issued by June 10, 2024 (but I don't expect this fare to make it that long) You can depart almost every single day from June 7 to October 31, 2024. Fly one of the flights below across the Pacific. Minimum stay is 24 hours, so you can make this a mileage run fairly easily! Max stay is 12 months (unlike the KUL fare). Up to 2 stopovers in each direction at 100 CAD each. Up to 3 transfers permitted in each direction. Blackout dates below as well.

I was wondering why suddenly there's so many availability on aeroplan. this price decrease also lowered points redemption!

Wow thanks. This is a pretty nice fare. It appears they are booked in "Business class (flexible)" which is fully refundable.
Just bought NRT-YVR-YYZ-NRT. Extended layover in YVR to see family for 243,000 JPY or $1,558 USD. Got eticket. Will have to position from my NH JFK-KUL flight to get to NRT.
Also, prices in and out of HND appear to be $100 USD more, but I haven't researched much yet. This was a book now think later ticket.

It's odd we have two low fares from Asia at once, this one and the one from KUL. If only flights were this cheap in the other direction, but this is still a great price for a roundtrip from Asia!

Yes, these are Flexible / Refundable fares, which makes them even better!!
In the first post, my link from HND is $6 USD more than NRT, so some dates the price difference is negligible.

You can fly to other cities in Canada, the United States, and Mexico at a discount too, but none are as good a deal (based on cost per mile flown) as Toronto!

Worth noting this fare can be combined with other AC "business" published fares. Obviously not nearly as good. E.g. makes ~$2050 for PHL/BOS/NYC. That's still a decent-ish price to avoid having to stress about unprotected repositions.

The fare was just deleted! Google Flights is re-pricing as you click on each date. Congrats to the few of you that got to book!
