I happened to find this wonderful little store a a few months ago on a quest to change my eating habits to a less refined and healthier approach.
The owner was very polite and joyful to have me there. He is eager to help, very knowledgeable answered my questions in assisting me to make choices that have made a substantial impactful benefit! I now do most of my main meal shopping with Jerusalem market, always greeted with warmth and genuine heart every time I stop and shop, whomever might be there. Can't say enough about this store but the owners are what make this place what it is!! I highly recommend stopping by for yourself.

Wonderful selection of halal foods, and super reasonable prices! The owner Lubna was very nice and helped me find everything I needed to make kunafa. She even explained all the steps in her recipe, and recommended a YouTube channel in case I needed some extra direction 😊 I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Me and my husband have been looking for a halal store near us & we found this little store. We went in and the store owner was very very nice and helpful the whole time in the store. Great customer service & the whole store is halal . They get fresh halal meats and fresh pita bread. Great store & we will be going back !

The owners are extremely kind and helpful. They seem to genuinely want to make their customers happy. I've been coming here for a long time and I don't believe that I have ever received bad service here.
The prices are very good. I don't leave feeling that I had to pay too much. Zuppina's has some groceries they sell but the same items sold at the Jerusalem Mediterranean market are of better price for the same quality. I've been surprised that the prices for the types of meat they have are so low especially given it is halal.
They also have food that you can't really find elsewhere in Lakeland. Lots of spice blends, teas, cookies, and ingredients that can be hard to find.
I really cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Absolutely love this shop! The owners are so kind and will help you find what you need. They keep me coming back along with the pita and hummus! They always offer me samples and will answer any questions about how to prepare food. I highly recommend!

Omg!!! I just visited the Jerusalem market and the lamb, hummus, garlic dip, pepper spread /!; the bread and baklava to end all breads!!! The owners are so amazingly helpful. What a treasure in Lakeland!!

I love this Market! It is family owned and Lubna is the owner that runs it. She is such a kind lady and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t shop at any other Mediterranean market around just because of how great Lubna is! I want to buy all my Mediterranean groceries from her and her selection in the store is huge! Lubna has gone out of her way to teach me how to cook certain meals and she’s gone as far as giving me her personal number so I can call her with cooking questions. Thank you, Lubna! You truly are the best!

This place is a hidden gem! The homemade hummus is amazing and made fresh daily! I bought so many yummy things! The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for more!

Awesome experience!! Lubna was very helpful, let us sample some products, showed us different products some I was familiar with and some new stuff. We loaded up and I'm already making a list for our next visit.

this place is great! the owners are very kind & very helpful. we LOVE their homemade hummus & homemade tzatziki sauce. they also make a hot squash side dish that is so good. i always try to get something new when i visit & i am always satisfied. the baklava is also very good & they have several different kinds. it always smells amazing & it's always very clean!

Very friendly, helpful owner. I tried their homemade hummus....best ever. Worth the trip just for that. You will never buy store bought again!! Lots of different cheeses. He even told me how to prepare some cheeses I never heard of. I'll definitely go back!

What a hidden gem! So happy I found this Mediterranean market. The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable! The fresh hummus and baba ghanoush are delicious 😋😋😋😋. Such a huge selection of healthy fresh foods. I will definitely be back.

We decided to enjoy an international shopping day while in Lakeland. We live abut an hour 29 minutes away. We found this little gem and now we will be returning! Everything we brought home was amazing! The green olives, garlic dip and baklava were all wonderful. My favorite, the Turkish coffee! I bought a set that comes with the pot and I am now addicted! So good. Please support this wonderful family owned business, they are such a sweet couple and deserve all the success!

If you haven't gone here, you're missing out. Family run and have amazingly delicious fresh items daily. Even when I didn't know how to use a specific spice the owner gave me cooking tips, which I greatly appreciated. Love all the breads, cheeses, figs and kabobs and that's just the beginning.... highly recommend to everyone!!

When entering the establishment your welcomed by a beautiful sent of herbs and spices. The owners are incredibly polite and helpful. While shopping we were offered multiple different items to try and after we denied our three year old daughter olives to try because the pits the owner gave her a snack size bag of chips. We will return many times.

I went today for the first time, and loved it! The owner was there and is so nice and will help with any questions you have. They have delicious fresh hummus, tabouleh and baba ganoush that you can get to go, lots of vegan items, things you can’t find at Publix, small fridge/frozen section at the back and stuffed grape leaves in a can that I will be getting more of as soon as possible!
