Popped in for a late lunch on New Year's Day and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food! Firstly, don't judge the size of the venue because the menu is seven pages!! So many choices!! I had the most tasty, smooth and crunchy, sushi pizza!! I paired it with a healthy seaweed salad. My hubby enjoyed a tasty Miso Soup and Alaska Roll while listening to Abba's greatest hits in the background! What a fun venue! Cindy, our server was so friendly! A must visit when in the area!! Or drive from far away because it is worth it!!! And one more thing, very reasonably priced too!!!
Pretty good sushi. Wish they had more basic roll options. A looottttt of complicated special rolls with too many flavors. Lunch bento box is a great deal. Chicken Katsu is solid.
True score is 4.5...Started with the cucumber and imitation crab meat. (very nice touch!) Miso soup would have been amazing, but a bit too salty. Sashimi was very good most of it melted in my mouth. The garnishments and Wasabi were top notch! Price was right!

Reviews
Fu Sha Sushi Bar offers a mix of reviews, ranging from positive experiences praising the delicious and authentic sushi, generous portions, friendly service, and diverse menu options to negative feedback about some dishes lacking authenticity and flavor. Customers appreciate the lunch bento box deal, tasty sushi rolls like the sushi pizza and Alaska Roll, as well as fresh sashimi. The staff receives compliments for their politeness and friendliness. However, there are criticisms about certain items being too salty or lacking taste. Overall, Fu Sha Sushi Bar seems to provide a varied dining experience with both highlights and areas for improvement.

Great food every time we order. We have been ordering from them for years!!! The taste and quality has not changed, even after Covid their portions are still very generous.
Surprisingly, there was no one around 6:40pm at dinner time. And noticed the reason at one bite of tasting. It’s just awful food. No authenticity. You can have very unhealthy, stale, weird taste udon with Chinese soup style (but it says Japanese udon) and vapid sashimi. You can have much better salad in any fast food restaurant. Tempura was crispy, but that was the only thing I can say good. It was very oily with no taste, so you wouldn’t want to finish it unless you were starving for whole day.
