What is the most op weapon in Hades? ›

Summary. The top S-tier and A-tier weapons like the Spear of Guan Yu, Bow of Chiron and Shield of Chaos should be prioritized first. With skill, even weaker weapons can succeed, but these Aspects give Zagreus the best chance to escape the Underworld.

Adamant Rail. The Adamant Rail with the hidden Aspect of Lucifer is one of the most broken weapons in Hades. It launches a stream of lava called Hellfire that melts anything it comes into contact with.

You could just use specials and have a ranged shield build but the bow or Spear throw are easier to use and build around. You need specific builds for the shield to be really good but you just need a decent attack boon for the other options. I'm always a noob who isn't good. I had most success with the spear.

The easiest lazy combo to beat the game is shield+Aphrodite boons. You might be taking longer but using both shield block ability and Weak status effect it's really easy to avoid taking any significant damage, just don't present your back to the enemies (basically hug the walls) and you're practically immortal.
